Work & Power
Introduction
Work and power describe how energy is transferred when forces act on objects. This topic introduces the relationship between force, distance, energy and time, enabling students to calculate the work done by forces and the rate at which energy is transferred. These concepts are widely applied throughout mechanics and are essential for analysing the efficiency and performance of physical systems.
